Bełchatów honors eight couples for 50th wedding anniversaries

Eight couples in Bełchatów were honored during a ceremony at the Regional Museum's Wedding Hall for celebrating their 50th wedding anniversaries. The couples received Medals for Long-term Marriage, presented by Vice President Agnieszka Ludwiczak-Maszewska on behalf of the city.

During the celebration, the jubilants shared reflections on their half-century of marriage. Couples such as Helena and Wiesław Piotrowski emphasized the importance of mutual support, love, and trust, noting that daily challenges are easier to overcome together. Other participants highlighted patience and respect as essential components of a successful long-term relationship.
