Beiuș to host Bihor traditions and food festival

The second local edition of the ‘Gusturi și tradiții DE BIHOR’ festival will take place in Beiuș on October 3 and 4, 2026. Held in the city's central park, the free event features local producers, folk artisans, and chefs showcasing traditional recipes from the ‘Rețete tradiționale de Bihor’ collection.

Visitors can sample various regional dishes, including ‘plăcintă pe fer’, ‘pancove’, ‘moșocoarne cu prune’, and ‘sarmale cu păsat’, while purchasing local fruits, vegetables, and handmade crafts.

The festival includes an artistic program with evening concerts. Saturday's lineup features performers such as Carmen Ifrim Săsărman and Magda Pușcaș, while Sunday's schedule includes artists like Călin Vlăduț and concludes with a concert by Călin Pop. The event is organized by the Bihor County Council and the Beiuș City Hall.
