Bela assumes hospital presidency in ‘Por Você’ plot developments

In the Brazilian telenovela ‘Por Você’, the character Bela, portrayed by Sheron Menezzes, faces significant challenges after assuming the presidency of Hospital e Maternidade Luz. Following the departure of Pérola, Bela must navigate institutional chaos and personal conflicts.

A central conflict arises when Vanessa, played by Alinne Moraes, humiliates a receptionist named Nelma during an emergency involving a pregnant woman who had been shot. Vanessa reprimands the employee for not wearing a mandatory uniform during the crisis. Witnessing this behavior, Bela intervenes publicly to defend the staff and subsequently suspends Vanessa from her position at the hospital.

In retaliation, Vanessa seeks allies to undermine Bela and target her personal life, specifically focusing on the character Peixe. Meanwhile, Bela continues to manage professional dilemmas alongside complicated romantic and family dynamics.
