Following the premiere, plot details have clarified that Juli’s critical condition was caused by a driver named Juarez (Milhem Cortaz), who fled the scene of the accident. As the story progresses, Bela faces professional rivalry with Vanessa (Alinne Moraes) at the hospital and a complicated reconnection with her former fiancé, Gabriel (played by Thiago Lacerda). The premiere also marks Lacerda’s return to broadcast television after a three-year hiatus.

The debut episode recorded an average of 20.1 rating points in Greater São Paulo, outperforming the 19.3 points achieved by its predecessor, “Coração Acelerado.” Under the artistic direction of André Câmara, the production is scheduled to remain in its time slot until March 2027.
