Belgian authorities have discovered the bodies of 5-year-old Tyméo Brigou and his 29-year-old father, Bryan Brigou, in Onhaye, Namur province. The discovery follows a two-month disappearance that began on June 27.

The first body, believed to be Tyméo's, was found on Monday, August 24, in a densely vegetated embankment along the N97 road. Investigators noted that clothing found at the scene matched what the boy was wearing when he disappeared.

A second body, likely belonging to Bryan Brigou, was found on Tuesday, August 25, in a wooded area just dozens of meters away from the first site, on the other side of the N97.

Bryan's Volkswagen Golf had been found abandoned near a local football club parking lot on June 28, shortly after the pair was last seen. Forensic examinations and autopsies have been ordered to formally identify the victims and determine the exact circumstances and causes of their deaths. Investigators are currently exploring all possibilities, including murder-suicide or other criminal involvement.
