Belgrade faces scheduled power outages and road closures amid infrastructure works

Elektrodistribucija Srbije (EDS) released a schedule for electricity interruptions across multiple districts of Belgrade today. The plan lists specific streets and time windows, such as Voždovac (08:30‑14:00), Zemun (10:00‑13:00), and several neighborhoods in Surčin, Lazarevac and other areas, affecting residential and commercial customers.

The City of Belgrade’s Traffic Secretariat announced traffic bans on Marulićeva, Mileševska and Tomaša Ježa streets, with additional restrictions on Obalskih radnika starting tomorrow. The closures are linked to reconstruction of water‑supply networks and road‑maintenance works that will continue through late July and August, depending on the location. Drivers are warned of lane blockages, parking suspensions and altered traffic regimes throughout the affected zones.
