Belgrade transport union publishes black list of bus operators for air‑conditioning violations

The GSP "Center" workers' union and the Association of Public Transport Users in Belgrade released a "black list" naming bus operators that failed to provide air‑conditioning during the hottest period of the year. The list follows 785 citizen complaints received between 16 July and 3 August, and a total of 3,040 complaints about climate‑control issues reported since the portal’s launch on 19 June.

Operators singled out include ASP "Strela‑Obrenovac" (owner Miroslav Nikolić), Banbus Obrenovac (Filip Kovačević), Transprodukt‑bus prevoz (Svetlana Milanović), Lui Travel (Miodrag Stojiljković) and C&LC Group Zemun (Jasmina Savić). GSP traffic units Karaburma (director Žarko Koman) and Dorćol (Bojan Tasić) also feature prominently. Union president Ivan Banković warned that some firms act "as if they are above the law," avoiding AC to increase profit while endangering passengers and drivers. The union said it will forward complaints to the relevant authorities, urging that "someone be punished out of pocket to make them think".
