Bersatu to stay in PN and use coalition logo in Johor and Negeri Sembilan state elections

Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia announced it will remain a component of the Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition and contest the upcoming Johor and Negeri Sembilan state elections under the PN logo. President Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said Bersatu will keep the PN brand and is prepared to face PAS even if the two parties contest the same seats. The decision was confirmed at the party’s highest‑leadership meeting and reiterated by spokesperson Datuk Tun Faisal Ismail Aziz, who said the move reflects Bersatu’s role in founding PN, creating its constitution and logo.

Bersatu also criticized PAS for acting independently, using its own logo in Kelantan and Terengganu and proposing a “Muafakat Nasional 2.0”. The party affirmed its commitment to contest the 16th state elections in Johor and Negeri Sembilan with a coordinated campaign and identified target constituencies, asserting confidence in its organisational readiness.
