Best Medicine set to return for Season 2 on Fox

Fox previously renewed the series in March 2026, increasing the episode order from 12 to 14. The second season is scheduled to premiere on Fox on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, with episodes becoming available to stream on Hulu the following day.
