Bharat Rashtra Samithi eyes Telangana comeback as K T Rama Rao updates electoral roll
Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K T Rama Rao said the party will return to power in Telangana, asserting that party chief K Chandrashekhar Rao will again become chief minister. He criticised the incumbent Congress chief minister A Revanth Reddy for politicising the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme and alleged corruption in land administration.
Rama Rao, his wife Shailima and son Himanshu also took part in the Election Commission of India's Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Hyderabad, submitting their details as part of the nationwide roll‑updating exercise scheduled to run through 2026.
