BIAS 2026 air show to feature Frecce Tricolori and Turkish Stars in Bucharest

The Bucharest International Air Show & General Aviation Exhibition (BIAS) 2026 is scheduled for August 28 and 29 at Bucharest Băneasa - Aurel Vlaicu International Airport. This 16th edition of Romania’s largest air show will feature free public access.

Key attractions include aerobatic demonstrations by the Italian Air Force’s Frecce Tricolori and the Turkish Stars. Other participants include the Polish Flying Dragons Team, the French Air and Space Force’s Rafale Solo Display, and the Spanish Air and Space Force, which will showcase an F/A-18 Hornet.

The event combines aerial demonstrations with a general aviation exhibition, allowing the public to view both military and civilian aircraft in flight and on the ground.
