BIDV to seize Vinhomes Riverside villa in Hanoi

BIDV Asset Management and Exploitation Company (BAMC) has announced plans to seize a villa located in the Vinhomes Riverside urban area in Hanoi. The property, measuring over 300 square meters, was used as collateral by Dang Thi Huong Lan to secure loans for Vietnam Medicinal Materials Joint Stock Company.

The villa is situated at address AD09-76 in Phuc Loi ward. According to BIDV, the asset was pledged to guarantee debt obligations under credit contracts signed in 2020 and 2025. Although BIDV Hanoi Branch requested the handover of the property on August 14, 2026, the asset has not yet been transferred. The bank expects to begin the seizure process at 8:00 AM on November 13, 2026. The specific debt balance and the appraised value of the villa have not been disclosed.
