Biedronka revamps Moja Biedronka loyalty program with new data‑consent options
Effective 30 July 2026, Biedronka’s Moja Biedronka loyalty scheme will operate under a revised regulation (version 13) that introduces five optional consents. The new consents allow the retailer to use purchase and interest data for external partners’ advertising, remarketing, placement of tracking pixels or scripts, sharing pseudonymised data, and creating look‑alike audience groups. Customers may grant or withdraw each consent separately via the app or their online account, and lack of consent does not affect their ability to keep the loyalty card or access promotions.
The changes also update the programme’s privacy policy and cookie policy, defining a “partner advertising” entity and separating Biedronka‑direct marketing from third‑party advertising activities. Jeronimo Martins Polska, which runs the Biedronka chain, announced that the updated rules will give users clearer control over how their data is used while allowing Biedronka to continue personalising offers.
