Polish Biedronka loyalty program policies
Overview
In late July 2026 Biedronka announced a revamp of its Moja Biedronka loyalty scheme, introducing a new version of the programme’s rules that give customers five optional consents for the use of their purchase and interest data. Shoppers can now choose whether their information may be shared with external advertisers, used for remarketing, allow tracking pixels or scripts, be pseudonymised for third‑party use, or help create look‑alike audiences, all without losing access to the card or promotions.
A week later, the retailer clarified another aspect of the programme: points, coupons and the account itself are tied to a single individual and cannot be inherited. Upon a member’s death, the accumulated benefits cease, and the retailer may block accounts that continue to be used under a deceased person’s phone number. Customers are advised to open new personal accounts rather than attempt to transfer or reuse the deceased member’s loyalty details.
Together, these updates show Biedronka tightening both data‑privacy controls and the non‑transferability of benefits within its loyalty program.
