Biedronka rolls out new loyalty program terms and deposit voucher offer in July

Starting 30 July 2026 Biedronka will introduce an updated Moja Biedronka loyalty program regulation. Customers must give five separate, voluntary consents for partner advertising, remarketing, tracking pixels, sharing pseudonymised data and audience creation. Declining any consent does not affect access to the loyalty card, promotions or discounts.

The changes also come with a revised privacy policy and cookie rules that separate Biedronka’s own marketing communications from those of external partners. Additionally, on 29 July 2026 the chain ran a promotion where shoppers receive a voucher equal to the deposit paid for beverage containers returned to recyclomats. Vouchers, valid from 3‑8 August, are worth up to 20 PLN per transaction, exclude glass containers, and can be used on purchases exceeding the voucher value by at least 1 PLN. The promotion is accompanied by a reminder to activate e‑receipts in the Biedronka app.
