Bieździedza volunteer firefighters to receive new 4x4 rescue vehicle

The Volunteer Fire Department (OSP) in Bieździedza is set to receive a new rescue and firefighting vehicle later this year. The municipality of Kołaczyce has secured 270,000 PLN for the purchase, which will cover a vehicle with a chassis no older than 2020 and brand-new firefighting bodywork.

The new vehicle will feature 4x4 drive to assist in reaching difficult terrain due to local geographic conditions. It is intended for medical emergencies, removing petroleum substances from roads, and extinguishing small vegetation fires. This addition will support the unit's existing Renault G230, which has been in service for over a decade.
