Big Art exhibition to occupy Codrico factory in Rotterdam

The Big Art exhibition is scheduled to take place from September 11 to 13, 2026, at the Codrico factory in Rotterdam’s Rijnhaven district. The event will feature over one hundred artists presenting large-scale works, including paintings, light art, sculptures, photography, textiles, and installations.

Notable participants include Babette Kleijn, who will create a geometric wall piece, and Kirilla Mihai, who is presenting a large altarpiece within one of the factory silos. Other artists such as Nadia Schambach, Madelon Uljee, and Tanneke Barendregt will also showcase works that interact with the industrial setting of the former production and shipping facility.
