BIG Konstantynów shopping complex to open near Łódź

A new large-scale shopping complex, BIG Konstantynów, is scheduled to open on October 29 in Konstantynów Łódzki, near the border of Łódź. The development covers approximately 13,500 square meters of retail space, which, when combined with existing Kaufland and Bricomarché locations, brings the total complex area to roughly 21,000 square meters.

All 30 available retail units have been leased prior to the official opening. Tenants include brands such as Sinsay, New Yorker, CCC, Diverse, Jysku, Smyk, Martes Sport, Worldbox, Apart, Hebe, Maxi Zoo, and Mr. DIY. The complex will also feature electronics retailers Media Expert and RTV Euro AGD, alongside a McDonald’s, a Medicover medical center, and a Well Fitness club. The project is expected to create approximately 300 jobs and provides over 500 parking spaces. The opening day will feature festivities, including a concert by a well-known Polish singer.
