BIG Konstantynów retail complex development

Overview

The BIG Konstantynów commercial and service complex in Konstantynów Łódzki is scheduled to open on October 29, 2026. Developed by BIG Poland and Acteeum Central Europe, the project is situated near the S14 route and the Łódź-Konstantynów rapid tram line.

The development encompasses approximately 21,000 square meters of Gross Leasable Area, integrating existing Kaufland and Bricomarché stores with a new 13,500 square meter retail park. All 30 available retail units have been leased. Tenants include brands such as Sinsay, CCC, Jysk, Smyk, Hebe, Media Expert, RTV Euro AGD, and the regional debut of Mr. DIY and Worldbox.

In addition to retail, the complex will host dining options like McDonald’s and Da Grasso, a Medicover medical center, and a Well Fitness club. The project is expected to create approximately 300 jobs and serve an estimated 100,000 potential customers. The opening day is planned to include festivities, including a concert by a well-known Polish singer.
