Retail developments expand across Poland with new park openings and projects

Several new retail developments are emerging or have recently opened across Poland. In Grodzisk Mazowiecki, BIG Poland has completed the rebranding of its retail park, which attracted nearly 10,000 visitors during its official opening on August 29. The facility offers approximately 11,000 square meters of leasable area and hosts 19 shops and service points, including brands such as Biedronka, Sinsay, and Rossmann.

In Siemianowice Śląskie, the OTO Park has officially opened on the site of the former Huta Jedność steelworks. Developed by a consortium including Acteeum Group and Falcon Investment Management, the complex provides over 20,000 square meters of leasable space. The project incorporates industrial heritage elements, such as a memorial zone, while offering retail, service, and recreational functions.

Additionally, a new retail park is under development in Ruda Śląska-Kochłowice. Managed by Scallier and invested in by Merkury, the project is located near the A4 motorway and is expected to open in the spring of 2028. The complex will feature approximately 6,580 square meters of leasable area and a 111-space parking lot, aiming to fill a local supply gap in the area.
