Bihar Home Guard Opens 65 Company Commander Vacancies for 2026 Recruitment

The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 65 Company Commander posts (Gulm Senapati) in the Bihar Home Guard for 2026. Applications are accepted online from 30 June to 30 July 2026 via the BPSSC portal, with a fee of ₹100 for all categories.

Eligibility criteria include Indian citizenship, a graduation degree, and age limits of 20‑37 years for males and 20‑40 years for females (with higher limits for certain categories). Candidates must meet prescribed physical standards, such as height and chest measurements, and pass a Physical Efficiency Test. Selected officers will be appointed at Pay Level‑6 with standard allowances under the Bihar Government.
