Bike Ahead releases €15,000 limited‑edition Superfast gravel bike (15 units)

German carbon bike maker Bike Ahead Composites marked its 15‑year anniversary by launching the Superfast Edition 15, a limited run of 15 complete gravel bikes priced at €15,000 each. The bikes are hand‑built in Würzburg/Veitshöchheim, Germany, featuring a one‑piece monocoque carbon frame (≈835 g), carbon fork, integrated cockpit, SRAM Red XPLR AXS 1×13 drivetrain, BiTurbo Gravel Aero 6‑spoke wheels with a 3K‑weave finish, and a tire clearance of up to 53 mm. Claimed weight is under 7 kg.

Each purchase includes a bike fitting, a personal handover and factory tour with founder Christian Gemperlein, and an 80‑page book on the Superfast project. The limited edition is available through the Bike Ahead website with an estimated 12‑week delivery time.
