BIKE24 raises 2026 revenue forecast to up to EUR 360 million

BIKE24 has raised its revenue forecast for the 2026 financial year to a range of EUR 345 million to EUR 360 million. This is a significant increase from the previous guidance of EUR 316 million to EUR 332 million.

The upward revision is driven by strong demand across all markets, particularly within international markets following the company's expansion into Denmark, Slovenia, and Ireland.

However, the company has narrowed its adjusted EBITDA forecast to a range of EUR 16 million to EUR 18 million, down from the previous upper limit of EUR 20 million. BIKE24 attributed the tighter profit margins to higher costs associated with internationalization, a shift in product mix toward lower-margin electronic goods, rising transport costs, and geopolitical pressures.
