Bil Yax Motors accused of fraud in Tampico

Clients of the financial company Bil Yax Motors (also referred to as BYM) in Tampico, Tamaulipas, have reported alleged irregularities regarding vehicle financing schemes. Approximately 15 individuals are coordinating to potentially file joint complaints with the state prosecutor's office to recover funds.

Victims claim they paid down payments for vehicles but never received the promised units. One resident of Ciudad Madero, Manuel Guadarrama, reported paying 17,500 pesos for a 2026 Kia K3 after contacting the company via social media. Despite being promised delivery within 30 days, the vehicle was not provided, and company representatives allegedly provided evasive responses, claiming they needed to consult with corporate offices.

When attempting to seek refunds, clients reported being denied based on contract clauses. The company is located on Hidalgo Avenue in Tampico.
