During recent events, Kacır reported that 8.3 billion lira was provided to 9,600 projects involving 188 universities and 2,516 companies in the first nine months of the year.

In Ankara, the Bilkent CYBERPARK Ulus Entrepreneurship Office was opened to support technology-based startups through mentorship, consultancy, and access to finance. Additionally, the Minister highlighted the success of the Competitive Sectors Program (IPA II), conducted in cooperation with the European Union. This program has provided approximately 260 million euros to 43 projects across 23 cities, focusing on green and digital transformation to integrate Turkish industry more deeply into European value chains.
