Bilt Rewards offers elite status through points and spending

Bilt Rewards offers an elite status program for its members, which can be achieved through two primary methods: accumulating qualifying points or meeting specific spending thresholds on eligible non-rent purchases. Qualifying spending includes transactions made via Bilt’s co-branded Cardless credit cards—the Bilt Blue, Bilt Obsidian, and Bilt Palladium—as well as spending at Bilt Dining restaurants, Neighborhood Fitness classes, and Walgreens.

The program features four membership tiers: Blue, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Benefits associated with elite status include access to enhanced Rent Day promotions, Air France-KLM Flying Blue Gold status, complimentary flight and lounge access through BLADE, and improved transfer ratios with Rakuten shopping. Other perks include interest on point balances, a complimentary Bilt Collection gift, and access to a Bilt home ownership concierge.
