BIM Land and Vinhomes announce major residential developments in Vietnam
BIM Land has announced the development of Marina Living Halong, its first social housing project. Located within the Halong Marina coastal urban area in Bai Chay, Quang Ninh, the project focuses on providing modern amenities and green spaces for residents within an affordable framework.
The development features a construction density of 43.76% and includes a 1,600 m² central landscape core. Key amenities within this green space include a 655 m² multi-purpose lawn, a 280 m² children's playground, and a 19 m² sand play area.
Separately, Vinhomes is developing Vinhomes Green Paradise, a 2,870-hectare smart and ecological urban area in southern Ho Chi Minh City. The project utilizes a low construction density of 17.7% and integrates AI-IoT technology for smart city management, including real-time monitoring of security, traffic, and air quality.
