Bimbo Global Race in Buenos Aires draws 13,000 runners

More than 13,000 runners participated in the 11th edition of the Bimbo Global Race in Palermo, Buenos Aires. The event, described as the largest charity race in the world, aimed to support vulnerable sectors through food donations.

For every participant registered, 20 slices of bread were donated, resulting in a total of 260,000 slices, exceeding 6.5 tons of food. These donations will be distributed to those in need via the Banco de Alimentos (Food Bank) through its assistance networks.

The race offered inclusive routes of 3K, 5K, and 10K, along with a special path for children, allowing families and athletes of all ages to participate in the community effort.
