Binance launches U.S. stock trading and expands tokenized securities

Binance has introduced U.S. equities trading, giving eligible users access to more than 7,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs. The service, offered through its ADGM broker‑dealer Nest Trading Limited, allows zero‑commission trades, fractional shares starting at $5, and direct ownership of securities held by a U.S.-regulated clearing broker. Binance also plans to roll out “bStocks,” tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs issued by a special‑purpose vehicle in the Abu Dhabi Global Market.

In the month following the launch, tokenized stocks on Binance attracted over $300 million in new capital, outpacing early issuers such as Securitize. These assets now rank among the most‑traded products on Binance Futures, trailing only Bitcoin and Ethereum. The growth is expected to boost trading volume and could support higher demand for Binance’s native BNB token.

Separately, Binance is positioning itself as a financial super‑app, expanding payment services through Binance Pay, offering crypto‑backed loans, savings, and staking products. The company also posted a new global hiring drive for technical program managers and other roles, underscoring its broader push beyond a pure crypto exchange.
