Binance launches US stock and ETF trading for non‑US crypto users
Binance has opened trading of more than 7,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs to eligible users located outside the United States. The service offers fractional shares starting at $5 and charges no commission, with a minimum platform fee of $0.35 per order. Trades can be funded with cryptocurrencies such as USDT, USDC, BNB and other supported tokens.
The exchange works with Nest Trading for brokerage execution and Alpaca Securities for custody, dividend distribution and corporate actions. Binance confirms that the shares are real equities, not synthetic tokens. The rollout is part of Binance’s broader strategy to become a multi‑asset financial super‑app, blending crypto and traditional finance.
In addition, Binance announced plans for “bStocks,” a tokenized‑equity feature that will allow users to convert eligible holdings into on‑chain assets on the BNB Chain within weeks. These tokenized stocks will not convey direct ownership of the underlying shares but will enable DeFi‑style use such as lending and liquidity provision.
