Binance US Stock Trading Service Reaches $400M AUM in First Week
Binance launched a US stock‑trading platform on June 1, 2026, giving eligible users access to more than 7,000 US‑listed stocks and ETFs with zero commission and fractional shares starting at $5. Within a week the service recorded over $400 million in assets under management, indicating strong demand from crypto‑native investors.
The platform attracted a broad user base, with roughly 25% of traders under 25 and over 80% of trading volume coming from emerging‑market users. About 40% of trades were under $100, reflecting the appeal of low‑minimum, fractional investing. Binance executives said, “The first week of stock trading on Binance reinforces what we set out to do: make it easier for eligible users in supported markets to access the financial markets that matter to them.”
In parallel, Binance announced its upcoming tokenized equity product, bStocks, which will allow users to convert eligible US stocks into on‑chain tokens that trade 24/7 and can be used in DeFi applications. The tokens are backed 1:1 by the underlying securities and will be issued through a special‑purpose vehicle in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. A Binance executive added, “many users are looking for a more seamless way to access both digital assets and traditional financial products.”
