BINUS University launches Master of Business Law program on AI and digital economy
BINUS University in Jakarta has introduced a new Master of Business Law program that integrates artificial intelligence, the digital economy, international trade and cyber law. The curriculum covers topics such as cyber security, data‑privacy protection, digital transaction dispute resolution and cross‑border business disputes. A talk‑show titled “Law in the Age of AI and Digital Economy in International Trade” brought together academics, practitioners and industry leaders—including the CEO of Perqara and senior law faculty—to discuss how technology and geopolitics are reshaping business law. Admissions for the inaugural cohort, which will begin classes in September 2026, are now open, targeting graduates from law as well as business, technology, communications and public‑policy backgrounds.
