Biran Damla Yılmaz enters legal battle with former partner

Turkish actress Biran Damla Yılmaz is involved in a legal dispute with her former partner, Abdurrahman Aydın, following a series of mutual accusations.

Aydın has filed a criminal complaint against Yılmaz, alleging official document forgery and qualified fraud in an attempt to obtain a residence permit in Germany. Previous claims suggested Yılmaz owed 144,000 euros for medical and aesthetic expenses in Germany, leading to an alleged arrest warrant; however, Yılmaz’s legal team has denied these claims, stating no such judicial action exists in Germany.

In response, Yılmaz’s lawyers have initiated legal proceedings against Aydın. They have obtained a restraining order against him and are pursuing investigations regarding allegations of threats and persistent stalking. The legal team further claims that Aydın attempted to extort money from Yılmaz by falsifying German and Turkish official documents. Yılmaz declined to comment on the ongoing legal matter when approached by reporters in Istanbul.
