Legal dispute between Biran Damla Yılmaz and Abdurrahman Ayd

Turkish actress Biran Damla Yılmaz and her former partner, businessman Abdurrahman Aydın, are engaged in a legal dispute involving mutual criminal allegations.

Initially, Yılmaz began traveling with an armed bodyguard after expressing safety concerns following their breakup. Aydın filed a criminal complaint with the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, accusing Yılmaz of verbal abuse, document forgery, and fraud regarding the acquisition of a German residence permit. Yılmaz denied these claims, stating her travel to Germany was for medical treatment for a chronic kidney condition.

The conflict has since escalated into a broader legal battle. Aydın has also raised claims regarding a 144,000 euro debt related to health and aesthetic expenses in Germany, which reportedly led to an alleged arrest warrant. Yılmaz’s legal team has denied the existence of any such judicial action in Germany.

In response, Yılmaz’s legal team has initiated action against Aydın, alleging he has engaged in threats and persistent stalking, which led to a restraining order. Her lawyers further claim that Aydın falsified official Turkish and German documents in an attempt to extort money from her. When approached by reporters in Istanbul, Yılmaz declined to comment on the ongoing litigation.
