Star Wars Zero Company launches to critical acclaim

Bit Reactor, in collaboration with Electronic Arts and Lucasfilm Games, has released Star Wars Zero Company on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The single-player, turn-based tactics game is set during the final stages of the Clone Wars.

Players command Hawks, a customizable former Republic officer leading an elite mercenary unit known as Zero Company. The narrative follows the squad as they attempt to stop the Infinite Coil, a Separatist-aligned cult led by Kundri Fathom, which is spreading a deadly Shadow Plague across the galaxy.

Developed by a team of veterans with experience on the XCOM series, the game has received strong critical acclaim, earning high scores on Metacritic and reaching the top of Steam's best-seller charts upon launch. While the game has faced some initial technical reports regarding performance on PC, it has been praised for its deep tactical combat, character customization, and cinematic storytelling.
