US cryptocurrency spot ETFs are experiencing significant capital outflows across multiple assets. Bitcoin ETFs recorded approximately $681 million in net withdrawals between October 5 and October 9. On October 12, US spot Bitcoin ETFs saw a net outflow of $65.4 million, with the entirety of that amount originating from BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT).

Ethereum ETFs have faced a sustained period of selling, marking ten consecutive sessions of net outflows as of October 12. During October, Ethereum ETFs lost roughly $635 million. BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) was a primary driver of these redemptions, accounting for approximately $75 million of the $85.4 million lost on October 12 alone.

Solana ETFs also saw a shift in momentum, recording $24.8 million in weekly outflows and ending a 14-week period of net inflows. Despite these ETF trends, Solana demonstrated strength in other sectors, capturing 65% of all tokenized equities trading volume in a single day, significantly outpacing other blockchain networks in that specific market.
