Bitdeer AI sells out Malaysia data center capacity

AI data center GPU cloud services offtake commitments AI infrastructure liquid-cooled data centers

Bitdeer AI, a subsidiary of Bitdeer Technologies Group, has fully contracted the 9.5MW capacity of its A102 data center in Malaysia. The facility is scheduled to begin operations in the first quarter of 2027.

Through five-year long-term offtake commitments, the site is expected to generate over $800 million in revenue. The A102 facility utilizes liquid-cooling technology and is designed for NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 deployments, offering GPU cloud services and data hosting.

To fund its expansion, Bitdeer AI aims to structure contracts so that customer prepayments cover more than 50% of capital expenditures. The company is targeting a total of 350MW of AI-ready data center capacity by the first quarter of 2028. Currently, the company’s active pipeline for AI cloud capacity exceeds $2 billion.
