Bitget introduces upgraded institutional pricing framework for multi-asset markets
Bitget, the world’s largest Universal Exchange (UEX), has launched an upgraded institutional pricing framework for its PRO and Liquidity Incentive Programs, effective June 30. The new structure divides spot trading pairs into Group A (top pairs such as BTCUSDT, XAUTUSDT, SOLUSDT) and Group B (all other pairs), while futures markets are split into three groups, adding a dedicated Group C for TradFi futures covering stocks, precious metals, commodities and indices. Institutional traders receive tiered taker pricing, and maker rebates have been increased to 1.5 basis points on selected spot pairs and 1.0 basis point on long‑tail futures contracts. The platform retains a 0.65‑basis‑point taker fee for TradFi futures. Updated market‑making assessment methods and weighted liquidity metrics aim to support emerging markets while preserving deep liquidity on flagship assets. CEO Gracy Chen said the upgrades are meant to make moving between crypto and traditional finance seamless as markets become increasingly connected.
