BJP leaders criticize Akhilesh Yadav over Uttar Pradesh governance

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders have launched a series of criticisms against Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav regarding his tenure in Uttar Pradesh and his recent political allegations.

BJP spokesperson Dinesh Pratap Singh countered claims that the state's youth are dissatisfied, asserting that the Yogi आदित्यनाथ administration has improved law and order and electricity access compared to the pre-2017 era. Singh also addressed allegations regarding the treatment of Azam Khan, claiming that Yadav failed to support Khan when legal issues arose.

Cabinet Minister Chaudhary Bhupender Singh accused the previous SP government of obstructing religious processions, specifically mentioning the Kanwar Yatra and Ram Navami. He alleged that the current BJP government ensures all communities can celebrate festivals without discrimination.

Additionally, Cabinet Minister Sanjay Nishad defended his decision to join the BJP, stating it was to resolve social issues rather than for personal gain. He also criticized Yadav's approach toward the media and social justice.
