Björred villa sale hits 21.45 million SEK, setting record in Lomma municipality

A 146‑square‑metre villa on Söderströms Väg 5 in Bjärred was sold for 21.45 million SEK, the highest price recorded in the area for 2026. The buyer is 60‑year‑old Caisa Lena Lundqvist; the seller was the estate of the late Thord Lennart Bengtsson. The transaction closed in June 2026.

The sale brings the price per square metre in Bjärred to 47 727 SEK. According to Swedish Mäklarstatistik, average villa prices in Lomma municipality have risen 5.5 % over the past three months and 2 % over the past year, while the broader Skåne region saw increases of 4.8 % and 3.4 % respectively. The average price per square metre now stands at 51 151 SEK in Lomma, compared with 33 176 SEK region‑wide. The report also lists the five most expensive property sales in Bjärred over the last twelve months, led by a 25.5 million SEK sale on Södra Västkustvägen 46.
