Blizzard compensates Diablo 4 players after Season 15 launch issues

Blizzard Entertainment has issued an apology to Diablo 4 players following technical issues during the launch of Season 15, titled ‘Season of Hell’s Legacy’. The problems included server instability and delays regarding the new seasonal zone and the Solo Self Found mode.

To compensate players for these ‘unexpected issues’, Blizzard has begun distributing Resplendent Sparks, a rare crafting resource essential for creating Mythic Unique equipment. The distribution has been inconsistent, with some players receiving the item via the Horadric Post while others have only received the apology note.

Additionally, Blizzard has released patch notes for an upcoming update focused on bug fixes and balance adjustments. Key fixes include resolving an exploit involving the Druid’s Pulverize skill, correcting Sorcerer enchantment damage, and addressing issues where players could become stuck while moving through areas too quickly. The update also aims to ensure more consistent reward payouts in the Chamber of Bone and fixes crafting errors in the Horadric Cube.
