Indonesia's Yogyakarta and Jabodetabek Face Mixed Weather Conditions

The BMKG forecast for Yogyakarta province on 11 June calls for hazy air in Sleman and the city of Yogyakarta, reducing visibility especially in the mornings and evenings. Temperatures across the province are expected to range from 20 °C to 31 °C with humidity between 55 % and 93 %. Residents and motorists are urged to use headlights and exercise caution while driving.

In the adjacent Jabodetabek region, the BMKG predicts weather dominated by partly cloudy to thick cloud cover from 9 June through 10 June. Daytime temperatures are forecast at 22 °C‑30 °C in Bogor and 26 °C‑34 °C elsewhere, with humidity varying from 30 % to 94 % and winds blowing from the northeast to southeast at 5‑40 km/h. The agency advises the public to stay updated on the latest forecasts, especially those planning outdoor activities or inter‑city travel.
