BMW and Bentley unveil high-performance and luxury electric vehicle concepts

BMW has introduced a custom M5 Touring Polizia showcar, a hybrid vehicle featuring a 4.4-liter V8 biturbo engine paired with an electric motor. The vehicle produces 727 horsepower and 1,000 Nm of torque, designed to demonstrate high-speed pursuit capabilities. The showcar features a specialized white and blue livery with neon yellow accents, a lowered aerodynamic light bar, and a red leather interior. While designed as a concept to merge track performance with highway patrol utility, it is not currently intended for active police service.

In Milan, Bentley officially presented the new Torcal model at the Arco della Pace. The Torcal marks the British manufacturer's transition into the era of fully electric ultra-luxury mobility. Positioned to complement existing models like the Continental GT and Bentayga, the Torcal aims to redefine luxury through electric propulsion while maintaining the brand's traditional emphasis on craftsmanship and performance.
