BMW expands entry-level lineup in Argentina

BMW has expanded its entry-level offerings in Argentina with the introduction of two new vehicle versions: the X1 sDrive18i Efficient and the 118 BlackEdition.

The X1 sDrive18i Efficient is a compact SUV featuring a 1.5-liter three-cylinder BMW TwinPower Turbo gasoline engine producing 156 hp and 230 Nm of torque. It is equipped with a seven-speed Steptronic dual-clutch automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. The vehicle includes the BMW Curved Display, BMW Operating System 9, and various safety features such as Active Guard and Parking Assistant. It is priced at USD 48,500.

The 118 BlackEdition is a hatchback designed as the most affordable option in the brand's local lineup. It features a black exterior with darkened elements and 18-inch alloy wheels. Mechanically, it utilizes a 1.5-liter three-cylinder turbo engine with 156 hp and 230 Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed Steptronic automatic transmission. Notable features include a panoramic glass roof, BMW Curved Display, and advanced safety systems like adaptive LED lighting and collision warnings. The 118 BlackEdition is priced at USD 45,900.
