BNB Chain launches AI‑Agent Studio on AWS Bedrock

BNB Chain introduced Agent Studio on July 1, 2026, as a developer platform on the BNB Smart Chain that integrates Amazon Bedrock’s AgentCore runtime. The service enables autonomous AI agents that remain active continuously and are billed only when computing, allowing developers to write a single prompt in tools such as Cursor or Claude Code and have a fully operational on‑chain agent live in under 15 minutes.

The platform relies on three open standards: ERC‑8004 for on‑chain identity, ERC‑8183 for task interfaces, and the x402 protocol for self‑funded payments, meaning agents can pay for their own compute without manual wallet top‑ups. Partnerships with Trust Wallet and PieVerse provide wallet integration and payment infrastructure. Over 120,000 AI agents have already been created on BNB Smart Chain using the studio, and a July 7 update added live CoinMarketCap data via Binance Pay’s B402 integration.

The rollout is part of BNB Chain’s H2 2026 roadmap aimed at making the network the default home for crypto‑native AI agents, competing with other blockchains by offering predictable deployment, fast settlement, reliable data access, and secure permissioning for developers.
