BNB Chain tops tokenized equity volume as Binance bStocks reaches $100 million in assets

BNB Chain reported that cumulative trading of tokenized equities on its network has exceeded $5.2 billion, overtaking Solana and establishing it as the leading blockchain for tokenized stocks and ETFs. The platform now supports more than 709 tokenized assets, with a market‑cap of over $1 billion and distributed real‑world asset value close to $4 billion. A multi‑issuer marketplace, including Ondo Global Markets, bStocks and others, allows investors to trade 1:1 U.S. securities 24/7, with Ondo alone accounting for roughly $5.1 billion of on‑chain volume.

In parallel, Binance’s tokenized‑stock service, bStocks, launched on June 11 and grew its assets under management to more than $100 million within 15 days – an 18‑fold increase from day one. About 58 % of early trading volume came from emerging‑market users, and nearly half of all trades occurred outside traditional market hours. The product offers fractional ownership of high‑profile tech stocks such as Tesla, NVIDIA and SpaceX, with 24/7 instant, fee‑free conversion between tokenized and traditional shares. Both developments highlight rapid adoption of blockchain‑based real‑world assets and a shift toward continuous, global access to equity markets.
