Bodegraven hosts successful National Outdoor Play Day for Dutch children

On 13 June 2026 the National Outdoor Play Day took place across the Netherlands, encouraging children to play outdoors. In Bodegraven the event was organized by SenW in partnership with local sport providers and volunteers, and the beach fields of volleyball club VSTS welcomed about 50 children for a lively afternoon of play.

The day's activities were part of a nationwide effort to get kids outside, with similar events held in other towns.
