Bogotá mayor denounces driver of blue Chevrolet Spark that attempted bridge climb
A video showing a blue Chevrolet Spark trying to drive up a pedestrian bridge on Avenida 68 and Calle 26 in Bogotá went viral, prompting public outrage.
