Bogotá traffic disrupted by overturned van on Autopista Norte

In the early hours of Friday, June 19, a van overturned on the northbound lane of Autopista Norte at the intersection with calle 196 in the Suba district of Bogotá. The accident forced a partial closure of two lanes, creating long queues and delaying hundreds of commuters during the morning rush hour.

Traffic authorities deployed officers to manage the scene, coordinate vehicle removal and restore flow. Motorists were advised to use alternate routes such as Carrera Séptima. The cause of the overturn is under investigation by the relevant officials.
