Bolesławiec to Open New 5,000 sqm Shopping Park in September 2026

A new retail park is being built on the former Tesco site at al. Tysiąclecia in Bolesławiec, Poland. The development, led by Scallier, will provide about 5,000 m² of gross lettable area (GLA) and is scheduled to open in September 2026. All retail spaces have already been leased, with anchor tenants including ALDI, Action, ShockPrice, Xtreme Fitness and Dr Max, as well as a Petroprix fuel station. The project allows for future expansion of up to an additional 2,000 m² if demand rises.

The location benefits from proximity to the DK94 bypass, offering easy access for the city’s 37,000 residents and surrounding towns. Scallier will handle the full development cycle, from acquisition and construction to long‑term property management, following its end‑to‑end model used in Poland and Romania.
